I have several new students as of December. Each class has its own class folder. Inside each class folder are the individual student folders where all their work is kept. There is a student in 3rd period 3 EDPS 3 and a student in 7th period 7 EDPS 7 that have OnShape accounts and their own student folder, But I'm NOT seeing them in the class period folders.
How can I quickly solve this for semester grades, so I can see them?

It is a little hard to help without knowing more about the share settings, the way you run your class, and where the two students folders are/who created them.
It sounds like you created the class folders, shared the class folders to your class with edit permission, and have the students work in their own folders within the class folder. Now you have a few new students that instead of working in the class folder like you wanted, created their own folders outside of your class folder.
In this scenario, to get their folders into your class folder, they would have to have edit permission to the class folder, and then they would be able to drag and drop their folder into your class folder. Or they could right click on their folder and use "move to..." to accomplish the same thing.
The students will have to do this because if they created their folder outside of your class folder, as the creator they are the owner of the folder/documents inside. You are the owner of everything inside your class folder, as such you cannot take someone else's documents that they own and put them in the folder, this is effectively taking ownership of someone else's documents/work. Only the owner of the document can take their work and transfer ownership to someone else.
Definitely gets a little complicated! You could also have the students share their folder with you, and then their work would just be outside of your class folder, but you would still have access.
Again, this advice is based on some assumptions about how you set up permissions and where the students created their documents. If you could provide more info about the ownership and share permissions on the students folders and the way you run your class, it would be easier to provide specific advice. But it all comes down to how sharing and ownership of folders/documents in Onshape works.
