The only found threads that seem relevant to changing from a free account to a Educational seem out of date. I tried to go to the Onshape. Com/edu and enter my data as I use it for my free account but to no surprise the page error with email already used.

I'm a frc mentor that is looking to transition to Onshape from Fusion360

    We're making some updates to this process currently, can you please submit a ticket here:  https://www.onshape.com/en/contact ("I'm having trouble creating an account")?  We can help you upgrade your free account to Education.

    @Mark_Cheli the contact form seems to freeze when I hit submit.

    EDIT: It seemed to be something with Chrome. I tried Edge and it worked
