Move parts to one another in part studio? Like the fasten mate in assemblies

Hello, so with the question in mind, take the following example:

How do I place the blue cylinder on top of the vertical grey cylinder if I don't know the exact distance to translate it? (This is just an example, I know that there are other ways to put a cylinder on top.)

    You should be able to do that with the transform by mate connector tool.

    Best practice is of course to do this in an assembly or model the parts in the correct locations in the Part Studio.
