How do you establish a mate between an axis and a plane

Hello everyone!

I want to establish a mate connection so that the shaft below pushes the pin up and down.

Is it possible?

Best regards

Not if the contact is intermittent (i.e. the shaft must always touch the pin) - the pin can use a pin-slot mate and the pin to shaft connection can use tangent mate.
