Who is using a game console for Onshape? Share your results!!!
I don't have one, but am considering buying a used XBOX One or similar instead of having to setup a desktop environment.
Mouse and keyboard can be plugged in without issue.
WHY?? Because I'm a laptop kind a guy nowadays.
My workstation days are gone. And I don't want to buy a bulky gaming laptop just for this.
But I still have to ocasionally do some medium lifting on the CAD side.
So if I am to have a dual purpose device. Might as well be a gaming console...
I had a friend run the check on his XBOX Series X and got 59 million triangles. Likely a driver issue for the Edge in XBOX since the GPU in those is a monster.
What are your comments?
