How to modify the curvature of a conic arc?

How could I modify the curvature (the third, last point) of an existing conic arc without deleting it first?  I'd like to decrease the curvature of the top right wall in https://cad.onshape.com/documents/4e0175b01eff659955f1c4f3/w/3eeed64b5cc57a14eec8fd75/e/ca588c7c622347d4a7bc5e22 to drag the center section up a bit, but can't find the right handle to grab...

Left click on the center and you can move the center

Thanks--but you are talking about the semicircle, I'm trying to 'flatten the left conical arc.  For example, Help has no mention of how to modify a conic section: https://cad.onshape.com/help/Content/conic.htm?tocpath=Part Studios|Sketch Tools|_____10

FIX the theoretical sharp corner, and the two center points, then adjust the rho to .0001
