Cannot upgrade my account after education subscription expired

I use onshape for my Robotics team, and recently my subscription to the education part of onshape expired and I cannot find a way to upgrade again. I am still in school (k-12). I tried clicking the "upgrade" button on the documents page but this only gives me options for the paid versions. I believe I may have entered my age incorrectly but I am unsure of how to change this.

@luke_shuttleworth To upgrade your account you need to sign into Onshape in your browser like normal at cad.onshape.com. Once you are signed in, in the same browser go to the form https://www.onshape.com/en/education/ and fill it in with your same account information/email. Filling in the form will then upgrade your account.

Thanks for the fast response @john_rousseau! I went to that page but the only links I can find are to sign up for an educational account and not sign in with one to upgrade. When I try filling out the form it says my email is already in use.

You definitely don't want a new account. I'm going to ping our edu support team and they will be reaching out. Sorry I wasn't able to resolve the issue for you.

This worked! I am not sure what I did differently, but it is entirely possible that I did it wrong the first time. Thanks for everyone's help!
