Hi,
My first project with the Curved Text featurescript...I finagled it around and it turned out decent except part of the revolve is missing: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/8cfa6ac5d97e21460d51a9d0/w/2beb92098ff2309aa115377d/e/3963241164ca7be91dbc633e

I have run into similar issues. I'm not sure how to avoid it completely.
One quick way to patch the model would be to use the Move Face feature on the messed up face.
