double dimension disappeared

For some reason, double dimensions disappeared. I select the dimension tool then click on the first line and then click on the second line and move my mouse beyond the second line and it used to give a double dimension. Now I just get the dimension text below the second line and the dimension measures the single distance. I could have sworn that Onshape had double dimensions.

    Onshape gives you 'diameter' type dimension if you use construction line for the 'center-line'.   It does not work with solid line as center-line.
