How to join two helixes by curve on shell of cylinder?

Does anybody know how to do this?
I could do this with bridging curve but never match cylinder shell exactly (by changing magnitude).

Sketch that is tangent to the curve and passes through the part.
Two splits. One splitting the face using the sketch in the previous step, the other by a plane.
Select the edge and create a composite curve.
