How to add a raise to a start?

I have created a 5 sided star. I have it extruded. However, right now I am trying to create a raised part in the middle of the start and stumped on how to actually create this. I will provide an image as an example. See how the tips of the stars to the middle is raise? How do I create that in onshape?
