Shaping produces a odd edge

Hello,

i would like to connect a 400 Pipe to a 600 Pipe, the angle between this pipes are 78°.  The Edge is loacated in a manhole with a berm, shown on the picture.

This is the real situation (the redcircle shows the problem):

How can i get a nice roundedge and not like this ? (Sketch 11 and Shaping 4 are shown in the picture)
