Is there a way to view past daily activity?

I am new here; I need to log my hours for a project and wonder if there is a way to see how many hours were spent in the learning center and or the documents?

    In your document you can use the version history, each activity has a time stamp and a username attached to it

    I recommend creating a version and call it clock in and then another called clock out until you find a better method 

    Not sure about tracking the learning center

    ok, I was hoping there would be something that I would be able to see especially when I'm in the learning center.
