Follower rod-Cam relationship

I'm building a rudimentary Automata in the software.  I want to have it work so that my follower rod rotates when I rotate the axle.  (For background, I'm trying to get helicopter blades to spin)  I was just wondering if there is a way to tell the software to spin the follower rod when the cams and axle spin.  Thanks for the help.
