Multiple Fillets
Presently I insert several fillets on a sketch, then delete all but one of the dimensions and then make all the fillets equal to the one with the dimension still attached. I can then alter all the fillets by altering the one remaining dimension. This is a bit of a fiddle....is there a better way?

If you apply sketch fillets by clicking on several corners in succession while the fillet tool remains selected, they will automatically be allocated an "equal" relation to each other. Editing one will then change all.
For more info, check out the training videos. There are a couple dealing solely with sketching, and one of the more comprehensive and up to date ones is this:

Choose: Sketching Basics in Onshape
This one, at about the 43m mark, tells about another way of sizing fillets.
It also explains that if you add a fillet and specify a size, further clicks will add fillets of that same size until you specify a new one.

You have to select fillet command then click the corner points of sketch (Intersection of two edge) where you want to give fillet. After that you have to put radius value for fillet as per your requirement. then select all corner point where-ever you wanted to give equal radius fillet as shown in below attached video.
Sometimes you get error message like "The current fillet radius produces invalid geometry" this is happen because fillet saves previous value which is more than limit for existing profile. For example in my case length and width are 20 inch if I have given more than 20 inch value fillet to any sketch then that value save in fillet value. It gives error message when I will apply fillet by selecting points. In this case user has to give fillet by selecting edge and have to put radius value as per requirement and after that select all corner point where-ever you wanted to give equal radius fillet as shown in below attached video.
