How can I fill out the fields in the drawing templates?

I'm sure the answer is out somewhere, but I didn't find it...
When I print out a drawing the template shows 'Title'. 'Drawn', Dwg.No', 'Date' etc.
How can I insert meaningful data into these fields?
If this is only possible by creating a custom template (and a new one would be needed for every drawing, then I would like to know if the custom template(s) count as private documents?
Regards, Hansrudolf

For all the rest info (part name, wight, etc.) you have to insert text notes on every drawing, this function is at the top menu, the capital "A" symbol.
Clik on it and then draw a box text where you want it, then write the text.5 -
