What is the difference between extruding from a sketch and from extruding from the "part studio" ?

@teddy_pessagno , Extrude from a sketch facility provided by Onshape for user convenience. Both facility have not much difference. Extuding from sketch perform extruding operation for all closed profile entity in existing sketch smartly. If user want to perform extruding operation from the part studio he need to select sketch entity by one by one. From part studio also user can select whole sketch profile by selecting sketch profile from model tree. In this case user get same result as extruding from sketch facility. Below video showing how both facility work and when user get similar result by using them.

teddy_pessagno,we can extrude from a sketch or from a surface of a part,but what is extruding from the "part sudio"?

The surface of the part is what I ment from "part studio".
As a good practice stand point should I try to use one or the other for my models?
