How to scale a series of splines?

I have an image that I am tracing using spines, then I would like to resize the splines to make it larger.  Specifically, on this document, I am trying to scale the size of the bulldog head in order to make it larger.  Appreciate any suggestions or ideas.  I've tried dimensioning the entire thing, but it seems to only move that specific point.

Edit: In retrospect, I don't think this is in the correct category for the forum, but it doesn't give me the option to move it.

Here is one way to scale a sketch:

• Remove all dimensions from the sketch
• Dimension one item in the sketch to the size you want, the sketch will automatically scale to that size.
