Extrude and offset

hello,

in solidwork is possible, when you do an extrude, place an offset, like in the picture.

the same feature in onshape is possible?

Onshape does not have a built in option to offset in the extrude feature. However, you could offset the extruded sides with the Move feature.

As an alternative, you can use this custom feature I wrote called Offset Extrude:

@nicola_malagnini Have you tried using the "second end position" in the extrude feature? You can also use the option extrude up to face or part with an offset.

Guess I had the wrong kind of offset...

yes, i use Move feature or i create directly an Offset plane at the right distance.
i tried your custom feature but it doesn't work how i want

second end position works in a different way


the feature that i'm searching it would work in this way: starting from a sketch on a plane, the feature can create an extrusion on another plane but without to put an offset plane. (like in the picture. i have a sketch on a top plane but the extrusion is on plane1
