Editing OBJ files?

Hi, I'm pretty new to onshape, so forgive me if this is a silly question! I've imported this OBJ file shown in the picture below and want to edit it. What is the best way to go about this? I've seen a youtube video where you create planes and sketches using vertices to essentially copy

There are no direct editing tools for mesh data in Onshape today. As you mention, using the mesh data for reference and recreate in Onshape. Not a trivial exercise.
