Are there any events or physical classes we can have employees attend?

We have a couple of Onshape user groups planned (and just last night we had the first one in Boston). See: https://www.onshape.com/events
Depending on the location, different Onshape employees go and try to help as best as they can.
As for classes, I would suggest looking at our consulting partners page (https://www.onshape.com/partners/consulting) and seeing if there is someone in your immediate area. Some of them are working on training materials and may be willing to help. Or you can post your area here and see if there is anyone else around and interested.
