Problem with posting Upload file to new element

Hi All,
I'm trying to make a POST call to Upload file to new element.
I have header Content-Type : form-data with multipart/form-data and file attached in form field.
I'm using Postman to try the request.
Unfortunately in response I got code 400 with message: "Element must be a blob".
I also tried defining Content-Disposition header with value "form-data; name="file"; filename="Export1.stl"" and no other result.
I tried the same in my Unity C# application with result code 400 with no message.
