when will the weldment feature, similar to solidworks,  be available?

what is the workaround currently to model frames in 3d space?

Neil,  thanks for your reply.   That looks like it might fill the need but I don't fully understand how to use it.  Do you have any more instructions?   

I assume you have to create a sketch on each plane that you want to add beams and create a separate beam feature on each of those planes.   do you know if Onshape will be adding 3dsketching and other weldment improvements soon?
