I want to mat 3mm tall and 2.10mm long cylinder (hole) onto a square face. How to do this?

I have a rectangle piece rotated at exactly 45 degree that I want to align a 3mm tall and 2.10mm long cylinder to work as a hole onto exactly at the central position of the face. How do I achieve this?

If this is an Onshpe part it's much easier to share the link to the part.
To make a hole sketch a circle on the face you want the hole then either extrude remove or use the hole button?
