There seem to be profile conditions with match tangents and match curvature. But those didn't work in a first naive attempt:

It's "roundish", but wouldn't win a smooth surface competition beauty price
If you would like a simple smooth transition, here is one approach you could take:
- Revolve the main can/mug shape.
- Sweep the handle. (Make sure when you sweep to "Add" the handle to the can.)
- Fillet the edge where the handle meets the can.
