Modelling Question

I recently had to make a candle holder with a bent double spiral and while it is straightforward doing this in a straight line I struggled with it going around a bend. I tried several planes along an arc and then drew sketches to make a helix that followed the arc but this was temperamental and timing consuming especially when making adjustments. I ended up taking the straight double helix into another program and using a Flex  tool to make the shape I needed and imported back into Onshape.
Is there a way to do this in Onshape?
