So im new to the program, and im sort of stumbling in the dark right now. I built a basic floor plan for the car i was designing just for kicks. I stumbled into a few problems, one of them being how the hell do i remove part of an extrude, and i dont mean crop the size down i mean. How do i remove an inner piece of my extrude????(the highlighted piece)

Extrude a sketch up through the curved part that you wanna remove. Make sure your Extrude is set to Remove

You could also set your extrude/remove to start at the top surface of the flat part if you wanted to

There is another way to do this

In this second way, you would be extruding NORMAL TO the right plane. Said another way, you would be extruding sideways across the top of the top plane
