If I a draw a Triangle 100mm high with an 11deg internal angle then Onshape calculates the base as 19.4mm - however if i use trigonometry to determine the base =sin(11)*100 the length is 19.1 (to on decimal place)
I appreciate 0.3mm isnt lot however this means points on my sketch cant coincide.
What am i doing wrong?

Welcome to the forum. You should be using Tan for your formula not Sine. Onshape is correct.www.accuratepattern.com0
