Blanked out Custom Properties

Any advice would be great, I am hoping I am just missing something really simple.
I have created a couple of custom properties (as below), when I look at them in the part they are greyed/blanked out so that I can not select an option. The Customer Name works fine just the last two.
If I add in 'Workspace' to the last two I am able to view the drop down list within the workspace

I have managed to get it working. You need to make sure that you tick the 'Edit value in workspacer'0
