I've been tasked with making this complex shell and 3d printing it to cover a metal skeleton and the only way I can really make it is to use a surface loft but Cura doesn't like surface stl's I guess and rejects the model. Any thought on other ways I could go about designing this? https://cad.onshape.com/documents/bf57e550b45079deef4b168e/w/e4d8a0a51df577f76cd4bfe3/e/a314aa002a31c3c06720cac4?renderMode=0&uiState=6165d9b83054a8632190573b

Edit: or do what John suggests below - his method is better.
