So I have been working on this. How do I make an STL File to try to print it? I seem to be missing something. Sorry for the ignorant question!

What to do with a kind of finished part ?
First off, it’s an interesting looking part. You’ve done a lot of good work on it
But, I’d take the time to at least bring symmetry to one sketch in particular to eliminate the facets
If you rotate around your part while in shaded view, it appears faceted in areas, at least to a certain degree.
It’s more than just a good thing, to use symmetry, and to make your sketches fully constrained
Here is an easy way to make the sketch
1) Sketch a vertical line in the center that is .08 in length
2) Then use the SLOT tool to select that line
3) specify the width of the slot to be .46
Thank you again for your help.
So you need to increase the width of the slot to match that of the diameter of your new nipple
Another place you could use the slot tool
I've constrained the width of the slot to the circular diameter
So if you change one of the dimensions circled in red, your slot width will change accordingly
