Modeling a Heart

Hi all,
Learning Onshape (and loving it)...I'm designing a ring to 3D print for my daughter Anita's 12th birthday...I'm getting there but I'm having trouble modeling a little heart where you can see the sketches...https://cad.onshape.com/documents/7aa57cf32b85467194417695/w/139f014241e241119e21b702/e/65fbd6cfa960421184c4839d
I tried loft from one point (sketch 7) through 6 and other point (sketch 8), using 9 as guides...but no luck. I guess a tool such as revolve along guides could do the trick...Ideas anyone?

Thanks
Giacomo
