    I second this request!

And to elaborate: Sometimes I want to copy the precise value of a driven dimension from a sketch, but only a couple digits of precision are displayed.

Here's the best workaround that I know. Please share if you know a better one.

    1. Right click on the dimensions and change it to a driven dimension, making the sketch over-defined (red).
    2. Double-click the dimension to edit it.
    3. Press CTRL-C to copy the value to the clipboard.
    4. Press ESC twice to cancel editing the value. (I don't know why I need to hit it twice, but after hitting CTRL-C, the first ESC doesn't seem to do anything.)
    5. Press CTRL-Z (undo) to revert the dimension back to driven.

It would be really nice if I could just right click on the driven dimension and select "Copy Value" to get "0.383383 in" (or whatever the value is) in the clipboard.

I agree that it would be nice to be able to do this. You can make an improvement request.

I'm curious what your workflow is after this? Are you trying to use the same dimension in the same sketch or outside of the sketch? There may be better ways which wouldn't involve cutting/pasting of numbers.

here another way to do this

    1. select a line or two points
    2. in lower right corner click the measure tool
    3. in the pop-up menu you can select and CTRL+C the values

I agree with @ S1mon , but I mostly use variables and/or equal constraints, to handle these kinds of problems as of now. I would vote this up.
