create surface through cloud of points

Hello.  Has OnShape figured out how to apply a surface to a cloud of points?  I can import those or sketch, whichever is easier. ~J

For a point cloud of 100s-1,000s+ of points, there isn't a way to convert it to solid geometry yet, although making a mesh using an external tool could let you bring it in for reference if you are, say using it to get measurements for a part you're modeling.

However, if you're working with only a few points, you could create a filled surface and add them as guide vertices. Example document:

For individual points, you can use the 3D point custom feature

What are you currently aiming to do with this? There might be some sort of more efficient overall workflow.
