Sheet Metal flat has wrong orientation, how can I solve this?

I converted a imported sheet metal part to a sheet metal model. During the selection of the bend cylinders the flat view suddenly changed orientation.
I tried different sequences of selecting faces and bends, but the result was always the same, on selection of one specific bend the flat view gets rotated. It looks like the thicken direction (white arrow) is located on that bend:

This is not a solution, just a possible work-around.

The problem seems to be related to the thicken direction which changes its location when Tangent propagation is selected:
Selecting the bend with the thicken arrow causes the flat model to rotate:
The bracket has been made in Solidworks, the base flange feature is an extrusion:
When I use a standard tab with two flanges as a starting point in Solidworks the conversion in Onshape works as it should be.
Also the two holes in the bends have an effect on the shifting of the thicken direction location.
Could you please file an issue and share at least the simplified file with support? I'll see if a work-around is available now, but the behavior certainly should be improved.
