Thicken a projected curve

I have created a sketch on one plane and then a curve on another plane, then used projected curve to bend my original shape exactly as I would like it. However, I have this lovely new projected curve, but I can't thicken it to make it a solid part.

My drawing is https://cad.onshape.com/documents/a377c966fa8a507df671bd32/w/5ca00ab76818d8f91600ae0e/e/3cec6007c1d371228cdcdd0a

Is there any way to use this like a normal sketch? I.E Thicken, shell, etc?

You'll probably want to use fill and thicken or some other surface modeling commands. Since the curve is just a wire in 3D space, it doesn't have a face, so you first have to make one using fill before most geometry operations. https://cad.onshape.com/documents/55a503f0cf423f7a62c4df86

That's exactly it! Thank you. I had been playing with Fusion 360 all last week and they use a feature called patch. I was searching for this. Onshape does this so much more elegantly than Fusion 360.

Glad to hear it's working well! I have to say, Onshape's surfacing tools are pretty elegant overall. Be sure to check out Enclose as well, plus the surface toggle for the solid modeling features (loft, sweep, revolve, etc.). Those were the biggest "woah!" moments I had coming from Inventor.
