How to redraw a mesh part to a solid

Hello,
So I have this OBJ file that i need to convert to a solid.

I
have tried multiple solutions as doing a boolean intersect with a solid
cube using Boolean Plus FeatureScript but none is really satisfying.
So I want to draw the part myself using the mesh as a model. What is the most effective way to do this ?
I
have tried using the Surface Tangent Plane FeatureScript in order to
create multiple planes along the object but the script doesn't seem to
work on meshes.
Thank you
