I am trying to load onshape in a browser on a I pad pro, the document page loads, but when I try to open a document all I get is the spinning circle and the message. Any ideas? It used to work.

You should install the Onshape app from the Apple App Store. Running Onshape in a mobile browser is not supported.

I do run the app and do as much as I can there, however when I am in the field with only my I pad and need to create a drawing, edit properties, or one of the many other things that are not available in the app.  I used to be able to open a browser and do what I needed to, to get by before going back to the app for a much better user experience. Now with this behavior my I pad is pretty well useless :'(:'( because I can't rely on it as a stand-alone machine when going on the road. It has the capabilities because I used it this way for a good 6 or 8 months.

Ah, now I understand. Thanks for the explanation. I'm asking internally to see if anyone knows why the mobile Safari stopped working.

I've had issues with the app for weeks not registering sketch entities after I draw and enter them. Not letting me select inside drawings to extrude It feels like a communication with the server issue, like a lag. It's only with anything relatively new I just added. Anything thats been in the project for a while I can do anything with.  Haven't been able to get it resolved with support for weeks. Today, the app is completely unusable. Took me 2 hours to try to get a sketch to let me select the lines to dimension them to extrude and finally just gave up. I don't know if it's a problem with the app or on the new iPadOS 15 side, but The app has been smooth sailing for two years and all the sudden I haven't been able to do anything. I use it on a daily basis too.
