Parts not connecting

Hello. I am new to onshape and am making a model of a jet engine and when I try to export the turbine it exports in 27 different parts instead of one whole piece. Same thing for mating. 

Here is my model so you can look at it and tell me what I have done wrong. I have tried watching videos of how to make a propeller and I have followed it to the T and mine wont stay one solid part. Please help

    You need to change your pattern feature. It looks like you're doing a "part pattern". Instead, do a "feature pattern" and select "Thicken 1" as the feature to pattern.
