Help with a Helix please.

if you go to Helix 1 or Helix 2, If I change the revolutions from 1 to 1.25 it breaks the part. Can some one tell what is breaking and how I should go about fixing it

Your sweep profile is on a plane that is just offset from the Front plane. It should instead be positioned such that it is normal to your helix at its endpoint.
