Did you mean "Formatting" Tool?  Can you explain what you want the tool to do?

I believe you're looking for sheetmetal forming tools. There aren't any official ones, and no custom features I'm aware of, but you can use the "finish sheet metal model" feature and add them with standard processes, like extrude and thicken.
