"long hole" in combination with blind hole

Hallo experts,
I know how to make a blind hole and I know how to make a long hole (is this right englisch? 
) in the sketch. But how can I combine both?

I don't know of a way to combine both into one at this point, perhaps there is a tool out there that someone has. However, I would consider using this (https://cad.onshape.com/documents/5afccd5ef566ebe0825bd897/v/8c836b92655af8b260d994b1/e/6d242fc93553ab288e2447ae (created by @john_mcclary)) to create that in two features.
