Rotate sketch elements 90 degrees, including horizontal and vertical constraints

I drew some entities in a sketch without constraining them to any fixed axis or external entities, so they can easily be translated together by dragging. However, I used many horizontal and vertical constraints, and now I'd like to rotate them all 90 degrees. Is there some way to easily rotate all the entities while appropriately changing the horizontal constraints to vertical constraints and vice-versa?
Alternately, maybe there is way to rotate the entire sketch?

The transform/rotate sketch tool does the right thing with the constraints. It's actually pretty smart and convenient.
