Dimensioning a dxf Imported Outline With a New Hole

From the previous posts you will see that I have had a few problems when working on this imported aerofoil section. I generated a stl model and now have a 3D printed
part. All good !
I now want what I thought would be a simple spacer using the same aerofoil outline, but extruded. Loft was used before.
All looks good, but I want to position the 12.0 mm hole with it's centre 67.38 mm from the leading edge. When I try to do this by adding a dimension strange things happen.
ie. It generates a dimension point in front of the LE rather that coincident with it.
Thanks
