It should look like a Volleyball when done. I plan to make it from wood using the 6 sided cube I have created here. Then turn it on the lathe
I thought I could create my revolve profile on a center plane and use the revolve remove. I've been away for a while so need some guidance.

See sketch3 and revolve1 in part studio1. I also had to adjust sketch4 as I had used this as the centerpoint but it wasn't actually centered... You're going to need to start with something a bit thicker this has holes in the corners as shown...
