Non-owner team member moving document between folders (owned by other account) shared via team?

I could swear that anyone on a team used to be able to move documents between shared folders that are owned by the same account. Now it seems you can't do that unless you're signed in with the owner's account.

- Folder A owned by Person A has "Some Document" and the folder is shared with a team.
- Folder B is owned by Person A, and it's shared with the same team.
- Then, Person B, who is in the team (but not the owner of the folders), transfers "Some Document" from Folder A to Folder B.

However, if you had all of your separate folders nested into one team folder, then team members would be able to move the documents around since they wouldn't be moving the document out of the top level folder.
Also, that sounds like a really cool use case! We'd love to see the work your team is doing.
The single top-level folder does sound like a possible solution, but I think this will add an extra click every time you want to access some document.
