How to handle the cancelled purchases for users?

Hi,

I want to clear something related to the plans and purchases API.
 
I am asking in context related to Ares Products.

For example, if a user purchased a plan for 1 month and within 10 days, he cancelled his plan.
So this user would be able to use the product or not for the remaining 20 days ?
How this is handled on Onshape side ?

    Onshape plans always expire at the end of the billing cycle. The user will be allowed to use the product for remaining 20 days. Onshape marks this purchase as cancellation pending state and will downgraded at the end of the cycle. BTW, Onshape no longer support monthly plans. All our plans are yearly. This may not be applicable for applications like Areas, this is in regard to Onshape subscription itself. It will be best if you can rise a support ticket for specific questions.
