All my files are deleted with this new update absolutely not acceptable.

     I have not known Onshape to lose data. Are you logging in with the account that you created the data in? Have you clicked on the My Onshape in the upper left corner? Have you contacted support? All this will be more helpful than blaming an update, which by the way there hasn't been one for almost 3 weeks.

    @ashley_pitter278 We are talking to your school. I think they added single sign on and used a different email than you originally signed up.  Your data is there.. you are probably signing in under a. new email.  We are working with your school to fix their configuration issue.

    I see you have two accounts. If you can make a support ticket we can help you. Go to the (?) in the top right when you sign in -> log a bug.
