Yes, you'll find the list of keyboard shortcuts under the Help menu (? menu top right in Onshape).  You cannot currently create your own.

@dave_marzocchi , Currently in Onshape user cannot create own hot keys. In future we hope Onshape will provide this capability. For finding Keyboard Shortcuts refer below video.

Could Auto Hotkey be used to create one's set of hot keys?  I don't know anything about the program other than one of the GeoMagic Design forum members has used it quite a bit to customize GeoMagic Design.

Is there a complete list somewhere? Or does this list in the help section need to be updated? 

I noticed that some shortcuts are not included, such as "comment line" (command + / on Mac).
