Cant see "Monitor Part Studio1" FeatureScript

Hi,

I´m currently learning how to create FeatureScripts. If I press "Monitor Part Studio 1" in the top right corner, nothing is happening. 

In the tutorial there is a textbar popping up ("FeatureScript notices"):


Is there anything I clicked wrong?
